Q: What is the lead time?

Stock models ship in 7 days . Standard production is 15–25 days from deposit. Custom paint, non-standard voltage or OEM branding adds 10 days . We give a firm date on the quotation, not a range.

Q: Diesel or solar — how do I choose?

Three questions decide it: how many hours of darkness , whether a fuel truck can reach the site, and whether the site gets meaningful sun in the season you work. Solar wins when fuel delivery costs more than the light and the site is unattended. Diesel wins on continuous multi-shift work and heavy dust.

Q: Can you build to our specification?

Yes. 50 or 60 Hz , 110–480 V, RAL paint colour, your logo on the canopy and the manual in your language. Mast height, lamp wattage and trailer or skid mounting are all selectable on the larger frames.

Four-lamp LED arrays on 5 to 9 metre masts. Kubota, Quanchai or air-cooled diesel — built and tested in our own workshop before it ships.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One unit for the models we hold in stock. Mixed containers start at three units, and we will load a mixed batch of diesel and solar from the same order. For a first trial, most buyers start with one 9 m diesel and one solar unit.

What is the lead time?

Which certifications do you supply?

CE for the EU market — machinery directive and EMC, with the declaration and manual per shipment. The factory is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Engines can be supplied to EURO 5 or EPA on request. Warranty is 1 year on the unit, excluding consumables.

Can you build to our specification?

How does shipping and payment work?

FOB Qingdao is standard; CIF and door delivery on request. We load 4 units per 20 ft container, 8–10 per 40 ft depending on mast height. Payment is 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading, or L/C at sight.
