Every site asks for something different. A deck on the twentieth floor needs
height. A lane closure needs a unit one person can lift into a pickup. A
showground needs silence more than output. Pick the closest match and we will
name the model.
01
Construction sites
Tower cranes, rebar decks and formwork keep going after dark. The tower
stands at the slab edge or beside the hoist, and has to light the whole pour
rather than the corner under the mast.
Fitted with 9 m hydraulic mast · 4 × 400 W LED
02
Road works & closures
Milling, paving and line marking run at night when traffic is thin. The light
moves with the crew every few hundred metres, so it has to be one person's job to move it.
Fitted with 5 m hand-push · 4 × 400 W LED
03
Mines & quarries
Pits and stockpiles are dark long before the shift ends, and dusty all day.
Height matters more than lumen count — the mast has to clear the berm to reach the face.
Fitted with 9 m trailer · stabilisers down
04
Municipal & deep excavation
Sewer, water and gas work in residential streets. Half the job happens below
ground level, so the lamp has to go down into the trench rather than up on a mast.
Fitted with 5 m hand-push · low frame
05
Utilities & pipelines
Long rights of way, one unit every few hundred metres, moved by pickup between
joints. On a line like this the fuel run decides more than the output does.
Fitted with 7 m trailer · tows behind a 4×4
06
Events & public space
Car parks, show grounds, night markets and temporary stands. Nobody wants an
exhaust beside a queue or an engine note under a stage.
Fitted with solar · 4 × 200 W PV, no engine
03 — Which unit
Which model for which site.
We build four light tower models. Which one you take depends less on the
brightness you want and more on where the unit has to stand and who has to move it.
Site
Unit
Why that one
Multi-storey construction
FZMDTC-1000B9 m hydraulic
Deck edges and scaffolding. The higher the mast, the further one unit reaches across the slab.
Highway and road works
FZM-1000B5 m hand-push
Fits in a pickup bed. One person sets it down where the crew is working, then moves it again.
Longer closures, night shifts
FZMTC-1000B7 m hydraulic
Tows behind a 4×4 and stays put for a full shift without being moved.
Mines, quarries, stockpiles
FZMDTC-1000B9 m, stabilisers
The mast has to clear the berm. Stabilisers matter more than wheels on soft ground.
Trench, pipe and municipal work
FZM-1000B5 m hand-push
Low enough to be lifted or lowered into the excavation itself, not left at street level.
Pipeline and utility right of way
FZMTC-1000B7 m hydraulic
Moved between joints by pickup. Fuel range decides the working day, not the lamp count.
Events, parking, public space
FZMT-S1600solar, 9 m manual
No exhaust and no engine noise where people are standing. Silent from the first hour.
Full mast, lamp, engine and weight figures are on the
specification table. If two units look close,
tell us the site and we will pick one.
Finished units on the floor, before packing.
04 — Renting them out
Pays for itself.
A yard buys a tower to earn from it — season after season, not once. The
judgement comes in the second and third year, when the questions are about
parts, about who answers when a mast will not raise, and about whether the
trailer still tows straight after a hundred hires.
We build the frames ourselves, so those answers come from the people who made
the unit.
Built hereframes, masts and canopies cut, welded and sprayed under the same roof

Site type, hours of darkness, ground surface and how often it has to move.
We reply with the model, the beam layout and a delivered price — usually within 12 hours.
